Accumulation Exhibition

Art Exhibition by  (Re)Made in China Students
Open from Wednesday Sept 29, 3pm until Friday October 8, 4pm – Gallery 1250

Over the course of the 20th Century, capitalism moulded the ordinary person into a consumer with an unquenchable thirst for its “wonderful things” that are rapidly converted into waste. Do you really need all that you are consuming every day?

Dean’s Service Scholars in (Re)Made in China created art installations made from trash to create awareness about the incredible amount of trash we are producing from our obsession with shopping and acquiring new stuff.
